Owing to the engineers continuous efforts and innovative ideas, with more than 21 years' development, X.J. has developed more than 2,000 kinds of products.

There are more than 50 engineers in the R&D team, among which 20% of them with master's degree and 80% of them with bachelor's degree. And most of them have an engineering experience of more than 10 years. Mr. Hong Dong Ye, the director of R&D department, has more than 20 years’ experiences and has been working with X.J. ever since 2000.

Among 50 engineers, 5 of them are in charge of appearance design, 15 are in charge of structure design and 10 in charge of software development. There are 5 chief engineers and each chief engineer has 3 - 5 assistant engineers.

The R&D team are well equipped with all necessaries softwares such as PRO-E, CAD and engineering facilities such as Fluke temperature sensor, Hi-pot tester, power & earthing tester, lathe, etc
